Job Description
  • As the IT Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our corporate strategic and large transformational projects to ensure it meets committed cost, timelines, and quality standards. We are seeking a talented and experienced project manager to join our team and lead the transformation of project management practices. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in managing complex technical projects, vendor relationships, and embraces agile principles, including Scrum.
Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management:
    Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within budget. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implementation and Integration:
    Lead the implementation of Oracle/Microsoft projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop specifications, and ensure the solution meets business needs. Coordinate with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Team Leadership and

    Collaboration:

    Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction and support to team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Risk Management:

    Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are aligned with business requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project objectives and standards.
