Agile Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within an Agile environment. This role requires experience in project management
, Agile methodologies
, and hands‑on experience with Jira and infrastructure projects
. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with exceptional communication and critical thinking skills.

• Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Utilize Jira for tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
• Oversee infrastructure-related initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.

• Project Management – Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Agile Expertise – Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and best practices.
• Jira – Hands‑on experience with Jira for project tracking and reporting.
• Infrastructure Knowledge – Familiarity with infrastructure projects and dependencies.

• Strong personality and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication – both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $72.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Fort Mill, SC.
