Job Overview

The Senior Product Analyst - AI plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing LPL’s enterprise AI roadmap. This role works closely with Product Managers, technology stakeholders, and business owners to help cultivate and nurture a community around the product. You will also act as a liaison between the scrum teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the teams build the right solutions at the right time.

Responsibilities

Analysis & Requirements Definition

  • Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to analyze complex business processes and data flows.
  • Translate discovery findings and stakeholder needs into clear, well-defined requirements, epics, features, and user stories.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business and technology, ensuring a shared understanding of the problem and the proposed solution.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Take ownership of creating and maintaining a centralized repository of documentation in Confluence, including process flows, business rules, and solution designs.
  • Ensure all requirements are meticulously documented and traced within Jira, creating a clear and auditable backlog.
  • Contribute to the governance and organization of the team's knowledge base to ensure it remains an evergreen and reliable resource.

Agile Execution & Facilitation

  • Drive the refinement and prioritization of the team's backlog, ensuring it aligns with the strategic product roadmap.
  • Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and agile ceremonies to ensure clear communication and drive alignment across cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
  • 1+ years to agentic systems or Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) models.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or business analysis, preferably within a financial service or related Fin Tech firm.
  • 3+ years as a Product Analyst or Product Owner working with Agile/Scrum.
Core Competencies
  • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and creating detailed process flows, use case diagrams, and other artifacts to articulate complex solutions.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma, Jira, Confluence.
  • The ability to work in a cross‑functional team and drive outcomes without having direct authority.
  • Expert communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to present materials to all levels in the organization and serve as one of the recognized subject matter experts on the team.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to evaluate business opportunities and evaluate results against established objectives.
  • Actively anticipates, identifies, and manages risks within position scope and at the company.
Preferences
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • A technical background with a solid understanding of databases, back‑end systems, and the ability to write basic SQL queries to analyze data.
  • Experience in solution design and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • An ability to work well in a fast‑paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Azure ML, AWS Bedrock or other enterprise AI platforms.
Pay Range

$89,025-$148,375/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
