Recruiter, Talent Manager

The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units. This includes reviewing and refining job descriptions; gathering, entering, and managing job requisition details; obtaining approvals and posting open roles; developing effective sourcing and recruiting strategies; screening and evaluating candidates; and partnering with hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process.

• Manage a requisition workload of approximately 15–20 open positions while adhering to established recruitment processes
• Screen, assess, and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates against minimum and preferred qualifications
• Partner with hiring managers to support the interview process, including coordinating and scheduling interviews with external candidates
• Proactively source passive candidates through social media platforms and professional networking sites

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and One Note
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
