A skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Neuro/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing is needed for a night shift opportunity in Fort Mill, SC. This contract role offers a chance to work in a focused step-down unit supporting critically ill patients requiring specialized neurological care. The position requires a strong clinical skill set including Tele competency, BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.

• Nights
• 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Option for 3x12 or 4x12 shifts
• Weekend rotation every other weekend

• Provide direct nursing care for neuro and PCU step-down patients
• Manage patient condition changes and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Perform tele monitoring and maintain competency in critical care protocols
• Utilize Epic charting system for accurate patient documentation
• Flexibly float to similar units or sister facilities as needed

• Must hold an active SC nursing license or Compact license prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Neuro/PCU nursing experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications mandatory
• Telemetry competency essential
• Ability to work night shifts with flexible scheduling
• No first-time nurses accepted for this role
