Our New Graduate RN Residency offers innovative curriculum delivered through a comprehensive 12-month program focused on creating a solid foundation at the start of your nursing profession. We designed an environment to help you develop delegation and priority setting skills, holistic patient care through interdisciplinary communication and establishment of valuable professional relationships. You will have the opportunity to experience different shifts, patient populations, and unit cultures in the most beautiful locations in South Carolina.
Role OverviewThis RN/registered nurse role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The RN/registered nurse role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) upon hire or obtained within 30 days of employment
Other Certifications may be required during employment
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse License in the State of South Carolina
