Come Grow with Us! Solving Autism, LLC is actively seeking caring and energetic individuals in the South Charlotte area for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Afternoon availability is strongly preferred, with 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM being the ideal availability. Our company provides ABA Therapy throughout the Charlotte Metro area, with opportunities to work one on one with learners in their home, in the community, or in one of our clinics.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in accordance with each child's treatment plan using positive reinforcement and a blend of natural environment teaching practices with discrete trial instruction.
- Collect data to support progress monitoring.
- Work as part of a supportive team; maintain professional communication with families and staff.
- Participate in ongoing training and ongoing support; training is paid time.
- Experience working with children; priority given to candidates with ABA experience, and familiarity with learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, or behavior challenges.
- Strong communication skills and professional conduct.
- Team player with reliable transportation.
- Humor, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and openness to continued learning.
- Willingness to commit to the role for at least six months.
- First Aid and CPR certification (training provided).
- Availability including evenings between 2:00–6:00 PM.
- Complete RBT training (40 hours online, paid) and submit to the RBT exam.
