As a Wealth Management Rotational Analyst, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive services, including financial planning, investment management, and diverse financial solutions designed to help individuals and families build, protect, and transfer their wealth. Through hands‑on experience across our four primary verticals—investment management solutions, banking & lending, advisory, and wealth planning—you will collaborate with senior team members, contribute to strategic initiatives within each vertical, and actively support efforts to drive departmental success.
This position is ideal for candidates local to the Fort Mill office, functioning on a hybrid schedule (4 days in the office, 1 remote).
- Receive training programs that introduce analysts to the firm and familiarise them with Wealth Management departments, products, and services.
- Gain immediate exposure to the financial world and an opportunity to work alongside financial professionals with a range of experiences, from financial planning to investment solutions to banking and lending to advisory.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to Wealth Management leadership, leveraging data‑driven insights and industry best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of innovative solutions to complex business problems, driving continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in Wealth Management and provide recommendations for future growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging collaboration and knowledge‑sharing across teams and functions.
- Commit to full participation and engagement throughout all four rotations of the program, across the 24‑month experience.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in business management, finance, economics, or a related field, with expected graduation by June 2026.
- 3.5 GPA minimum.
- Offer is contingent upon completion of bachelor’s degree, successful background screening, and agreement to be local to the office.
- Ability to organise and analyse data.

- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Ability to work within a team, take initiative and show strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills, including ability to create and format slides, apply themes, and incorporate charts, graphs, and consistent branding.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Currently enrolled in an academic program that includes coursework designed to meet CFP® certification education requirements and prepares the candidate to sit for the CFP® exam upon graduation.
