About the Role
We are partnering with one of Charlotte's premier employers in finding a dynamic Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong ownership over data accuracy, and can translate financial insights into strategic recommendations.

• Own and manage ~ $50M in shared services expense, partnering with senior leadership to drive cost visibility and efficiency.

• Build, maintain, and roll out Tableau dashboards used by operating teams across the business.

• Analyze data and financials from the ERP, translate findings into Excel-based reporting, and help drive monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.

• Partner with VPs and SVPs to synthesize data into actionable insights.

• Support presentations to the Executive Leadership Team and private equity partners.

• Identify and implement improvements to streamline reporting and financial analysis processes.

• 3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
  , ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proven experience utilizing data visualization tools.

• Able to operate autonomously with a self-starter mindset.

• Strong communicator with the confidence to interface with executive leadership.
