Sr. Analyst, Accounting & Equity Administration (Hybrid)

Job Overview
The Senior Analyst will provide support for the Company’s equity compensation plans, including restricted and performance stock units, stock options and the Company’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). The role also supports technical accounting guidance and serves key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the ESPP program, including participant questions, quarterly communication, enrollment and purchase reconciliation.
  • Generate, prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual equity reporting, including share‑based compensation support, share activity, share pool, capitalization review and tax reporting.
  • Support the drafting of SEC filings (i.e. Form
    4) for Executive Officers and annual proxy reporting related to equity holdings.
  • Provide administrative support in drafting annual equity holding statements for Executive Officers, assist with dividend payment process and other equity administration functions.
  • Drive strategic projects and analysis, improving and streamlining processes.
  • Prepare technical accounting memos and research accounting standards.
  • Participate in SOX and regulatory controls and documentation of policies and procedures.
  • Leverage technology to automate manual work and simplify processes for a scalable, flexible and efficient infrastructure.
  • Promote and develop a continuous improvement culture within the Finance organization.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting, or public accounting.

Pay Range
$74,700‑$124,500 per year.
