Join Schaeffler in the Accelerated Leadership Program – a two‑year manufacturing leadership development program featuring four six‑month rotations that provide cross‑departmental exposure across our North American facilities. The first rotation starts in Fort Mill, SC, and upon graduation a permanent Production Leader position in Fort Mill, SC is guaranteed.

• Partner with an experienced engineering manager mentor to develop best practices and evolve into a leader at Schaeffler.
• Gain knowledge in production management, quality, continuous improvement, logistics, and plant management.
• Receive training based on the 70:20:10 model, emphasizing hands‑on experience, mentoring, and formal training.
• Complete leadership training and develop leadership tools.
• Achieve rotation development milestones.
• Benefit from company housing throughout the program and a competitive salary and benefits package.
• Prepare for a guaranteed Production Leader position upon program completion.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• At least two relevant co‑ops or internships.
• Experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Leadership experience or exposure preferred.
• Strong grasp of engineering principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to relocate every six months.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or sponsorship.
