A well-established, independent wealth management firm with a strong legacy of client-first values is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to support financial advisors and ensure an exceptional client experience. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industry.

A well-established, independent wealth management firm with a strong legacy of client-first values is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to support financial advisors and ensure an exceptional client experience. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide support to assigned financial advisors

  • Answer phone calls, manage calendars, and schedule appointments

  • Monitor and complete all system notifications and task lists accurately and on time

  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and performance reports

  • Assist with account openings, transfers, maintenance, and other client paperwork

  • Handle client service requests including money movement, online access, and account updates

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and file systems

  • Support marketing efforts such as mailing campaigns, client events, and seminars

  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations

  • Participate in additional projects or tasks as needed

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in financial services

  • Familiarity with financial markets and investment concepts is a plus

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

  • FINRA Series 7 license or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe
