DTNA Parts customer segmentation manager is responsible for developing parts programs for specific end customers, including regional and national fleets, independent repair facilities, and collision shops. This role develops programs, incentives, and direct marketing content for specified customers to generate parts sales growth. Utilize existing tools, and develop new methods to support loyalty, and parts sales improvements to customer segments. Implement metrics and report success to management to ensure desired results are being achieved.
Position requires high levels of collaboration and communication with customers, dealers, suppliers, and cross functional teams that support DTNA Parts sales growth. Successful candidate should be able to travel 25% of the time.

Whatyou Drive at DTNA:
- Work closely with DTNA Parts Product Segment Managers, and communications team to create and develop promotions, and marketing content to drive parts sales with end customers.
- Develop Customer focused programs, promotions, and incentives for Independent Repair facilities, collision shops, and regional/national fleets.
- Manage one large National Fleet summit program annually to build relationships with National Fleet accounts, dealers and DTNA.
- Extract and analyze data to identify sales opportunities to identify specific product opportunities.
- Work with DTNA Parts field teams to determine parts sales growth opportunities and create programs/promotions to drive sales for targeted customers.
- Research and develop Fleet Boost program enhancements to drive customer loyalty.
- Develop metrics to track programs success, and report to leadership on a consistent basis.
- BS/BA or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Familiarity with heavy truck distribution channels, and DTNA dealer network.
- Understanding of Aftermarket Sales channels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI and other data visualization software.
- Strong quantitative skills and ability to analyze data to extract insights and develop strategic recommendations.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve set goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth initiatives.

- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- MBA or other advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with DTNA aftermarket programs, products, and services.
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, segmentation studies and customer needs assessments.
- Familiarity with DTNA dealerships, with established relationships.
- Prior experience in developing customer programs.
