Job Overview: We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Vice President to lead the definition, prioritization, and governance of requirements and use cases for human-in-the-loop (HITL) agentic workflows supporting a financial services contact center serving advisors. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI-enabled operations, compliance, and contact center execution
, ensuring that agentic solutions augment—not replace—human expertise while meeting the highest standards of regulatory integrity, explain ability, and trust. The VP will translate advisor and service associate needs into scalable, compliant, and measurable agentic use cases, partnering closely with Technology, Data & AI, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Contact Center leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for agentic workflow requirements, from ideation and discovery through prioritization, delivery, and optimization.
  • Partner with contact center leadership and advisors to identify high-value pain points and opportunities for agentic support.
  • Author and maintain business, functional, and non-functional requirements including accuracy thresholds, latency, auditability, explain ability, and human override controls.
  • Embed regulatory, compliance, privacy, and model risk management considerations directly into requirements and use case design.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Model Governance teams to ensure agentic workflows meet supervisory, record-keeping, and audit standards.
  • Define controls for monitoring agentic behavior, drift, bias, and failure modes in production environments.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for agentic workflows, including advisor experience, service efficiency, quality, compliance outcomes, and risk reduction.
  • Use data and feedback loops to refine requirements, retire low-value use cases, and scale successful patterns.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in contact center services, with significant exposure to advisor support, operations, or service delivery.
  • 5+ years of experience working with AI tooling and optimizations.
Core Competencies
  • Proven experience in support operations, digital enablement, or customer experience leadership.
  • Strong background in process design, automation technologies, and change management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and employee empowerment.
Preferences
  • Experience with agentic AI, LLM-based systems, or intelligent automation in production environments.
  • Familiarity with human-in-the-loop design patterns, model risk management, and AI governance frameworks.
  • Background supporting financial advisors, brokerage operations, or wealth management platforms.
  • Graduate degree in business, technology, or a related field.
Pay Range

$135,651-$226,085/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
