At Freight Breakers, we specialize in managed labor solutions for warehouse, distribution, and cross-dock operations. Operating from Pennsylvania to Texas, our North Carolina-based company delivers tailored solutions with dedicated onsite leadership, ensuring optimized labor for high-touch manual processes.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (or until job completion)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational aspects, including customer relations, team leadership, and safety protocols.

Train, mentor, and provide feedback to staff for optimal performance and retention.

Maintain strong communication with both internal teams and clients.

Ensure all productivity, quality, and safety standards meet customer and company goals.

Drive continuous operational improvements and achieve client KPIs.

Enforce adherence to company and customer policies.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with minimal supervision required.
Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior warehouse management experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
