• Lots of opportunities for growth in the supply chain department. The team is growing and expanding as we open the new plant. We will have the need to buy new material, new equipment, etc.

Tasks and Objectives:

Tasks are the things a person will do on a regular basis, like ‘manage a team of people,’ or ‘set sales strategy for the region’. Objectives are long-term, big picture results like “support sales team to outperform sales goal,’ or ‘optimize sales strategy and conversion rate.

• We’re looking for someone who can provide true management and leadership when it comes to our inventory and materials onsite.
• Skills are well-defined abilities, e.g., knowledge of a particular software or coding language. Personality traits describe someone’s character geared toward culture fit, e.g., action-oriented or team player. Qualifications are hard skills, e.g., a certificate, degree, or language.
• Would be really great to have someone with solar or semiconductor exp., but automotive or electronics experience would do if not feasible. Needs to have great attention to detail and proven leadership experience in inventory management.
