AP Specialist - Halt Analyst

• Daily contact with approximately 125 assigned locations regarding halt resolution
• Respond to high email volume within 24 hours and complete halt clearing associated with various production reports
• Maintain a monthly average of 9% or less for invoices halted more than 45 days
• Assist processors with receiver adjustments and perform other duties as assigned by AP leadership
• Familiarity with GL coding for accurate financial reporting

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-volume accounts payable department
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant accounting coursework
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel

• AS400 experience preferred
• Proven research and critical thinking skills
• Dependable, motivated self-starter with the ability to multitask while maintaining keen attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude that is adaptable, flexible, and open to change
