NOW Hiring for a Full Time, Permanent Bookkeeper for a public accounting firm in York County.
Candidates with previous public accounting experience are encouraged to apply! Hours are full time, in the office Monday-Friday
Pay starts around $25.00/hr , depending on experience. Quick Books knowledge is required.
What You’ll Do- Record and reconcile financial transactions
- Maintain general ledgers and prepare monthly financial statements
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Assist with tax preparation and year-end closing
- Communicate with clients regarding financial data and inquiries
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (CPA firm experience a plus)
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
