T-Rex Solutions is seeking a fully cleared Software Developer 2 to join our dynamic team de, MD in support of the Intelligence Community. The role focuses on a high‑priority malware analysis modernization program, where you will develop new capabilities for the virtual malware containment enclave and support the modernization of malware enrichment services.

• Work in a virtual environment, creating VMs, images, and managing virtual network configuration.
• Write Python scripts to automate VM setup.
• Multitask effectively and pivot between tasks quickly.
• Use Atlassian tools and Git for version control.
• Utilize Intelli
  
  J or Eclipse IDE for development.

• Kotlin
• Spring or Spring Boot
• Kubernetes
• Java application development (backend only), REST services

• Bachelor's degree and 14 years of related experience, or 18 years of related experience without a degree.
• Active TS/SCI with FSP required, must be current within 7 years.

Annual base salary range: $160,000 - $190,000 (general guideline). Compensation is based on scope, experience, education, and market factors.
