SAIC is a leading provider of targeting and intelligence analysis, systems engineering, and integration for the Intelligence Community. We are seeking an experienced Target Analyst Reporter to support a program that directly impacts national security. The position is located in Fort Meade, MD and requires an active current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Applicants must be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph if required.

The Target Analyst Reporter will:

• Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation, and analysis.
• Combine related collateral sources when appropriate to provide synthesized products to customers.
• Write reports that may require significant editing and determine reportability of activities.
• Locate reportable information, determine focus of reports, and apply basic SIGINT reporting policies.
• Familiarize with SIGINT and collateral report repositories to enhance reporting.
• Work under significant guidance from Government personnel and utilize mentorship opportunities.

• 6+ years of experience in TAR1 or equivalent experience through education (associate’s = 2 years, bachelor’s = 4 years, master’s = 6 years).
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Ability to draft, edit, and release serialized SIGINT product reports.
• Proficiency in authoring reports based on simple or limited traffic.
• Knowledge of technologies and topics that identify analytic vectors.
• Experience in exploiting foreign communications to collect, analyze, and disseminate SIGINT information.
• Proficiency with software applications and databases used for SIGINT report writing and target development.
• Familiarity with advanced SIGINT reporting policies such as STI, unusual tearlines, post publication actions, and RFIs.
• Capability to incorporate independent research to enhance reporting.

Target salary range: $80,001 – $120,000.
