Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Tenova LLC/Hire Military is seeking a Project Manager at Fort Meade, MD for the Tailored Strategic Retention Program, which seeks to retain critical military cyber and support personnel in the Total Force (Active, Guard, Reserve) in exchange for “white glove transition” support. In this role, the PM will:

• Perform overall administration and management of the program ensuring the retention of cyber personnel in the Total Force and delivery of extremely high-quality transition assistance services to Transitioning Service Members.
• Be the primary point of contact for communication with all key stakeholders internally and externally. Collaborate with military commands, government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain partnerships that support the transition process. Foster effective working relationships to enhance program effectiveness and expand available resources. Administer total program activities and provide principal support for all program administration, financials, and reporting.
• Leverage Joint Cyber Command & Control – Readiness (JCC2-R) program to identify eligible personnel across the entire NSA/CYBERCOM enterprise and pitch them on the Tailored Strategic Retention program.
• Collaborate with retention personnel across all branches to facilitate the new contract process for individuals and ensure utilization is aligned with Cyber Command units and work roles.
• Deliver exceptional participant experience by providing personalized transition support and seamlessly connecting service members to the broader Hire Military network of resources and opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze program effectiveness through systematic tracking of participant outcomes, maintaining detailed records of service member progress and program impact metrics.
• Manage comprehensive contract administration and tracking processes for service member participants, ensuring all documentation and enrollment requirements are met throughout the program lifecycle.

• TS/SCI Clearance will Full Scope Poly (required)
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Cyber Command (preferred)
