Position: CNO Analyst/Programmer Level 3 with Security Clearance
SALARY REQUIREMENTS Candidates are invited to submit their salary expectations along with their application. The compensation for this role will be competitive and is aligned with industry standards, taking into consideration factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. The base salary range for this position is $187,000 to $263,000 (USD), exclusive of any discretionary bonuses and benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a talented Analyst/Programmer with CNO experience to join our expanding team at Mission Edge Technologies. This opportunity is well suited for a mission driven professional eager to solve complex technical challenges across defense, intelligence, and secure technology environments. In this role, you will collaborate with skilled teammates, apply advanced technologies, and directly support CNO objectives for cyber readiness and operational success.

Essential Job Functions:

* Provide/author documentation, design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.

* REDACTED.

* Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed.

* Provide/author and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.

* Use software version control tools (e.g., Subversion or CVS).

* Debug software and troubleshoot issues.

* Develop network sockets program including developing packet-level programs.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

* Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.

* Required Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI + Polygraph.

* Bachelor's degree in technical discipline and 12 years of experience.

* Proficiency in the following:
Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.

* Expert packet-level understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols.

* Strong communication skills.

* Excellent problem-solving skills. Desired/Preferred

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be given to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.

Physical Requirements:

May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday. Background Screening/Check/Investigation:
