Project Manager, Cybersecurity, IT Project Manager

Description

Tyto Athene is looking to hire a Project Manager for a multi-year contract performing from Fort Meade, Maryland. The project manager is accountable for delivering technology-driven engineering and operational enhancement projects within an academic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Overall contract performance to include technical, schedule, cost, management, and regulatory.
• Organize technical support services to meet contract and Service Level Requirements.
• Identify actual or potential problems with recommendations for viable alternative solutions.
• Apply industry best practices like PMI or Lean Six Sigma to manage improvement projects from initiation to closure.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and at least five years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with at least seven years of relevant work experience.
• U.S. Citizenship

Desired:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• DOD 8570 Compliant Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II

• Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
