Program Manager

Description

Tyto Athene is searching for a Site/Program Manager for a multi-year contract performing at Fort Meade, Maryland. The Site/Program Manager ensures contract compliance, coordinates day-to-day operations, and oversee personnel to deliver implementation and integration of critical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all performance to meet contract requirements and Service Level Requirements (SLR).
• Support and participate in client meetings.
• Submit and maintain accurate reports and documentation, including personnel rosters, program plans, property lists, incident reports, briefings, status reports, and training memoranda.
• Provide overall program administration and effective leadership/communication mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan, including Transition, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance plans.
• Identify actual or potential problems with recommendations for viable alternative solutions.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and at least seven years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with at least ten years of relevant work experience.
• U.S. Citizenship

Desired:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• DOD 8570 Compliant Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II
• 3+ years broadcast engineering experience
• Knowledge of government-approved property management systems.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple project assignments

Compensation:

• Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
