• Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Counterintelligence Agent Certifying Courses:
• Army – 35L Course (or its predecessor)
• Army – 351L Course (or its predecessor)
• Air Force –Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor Navy – Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor.

Must be a graduate of all the following Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy/Activity (JCITA) or Defense Cyber Investigations Training Academy (DCITA) Courses: JCITA – CI Investigations in a Cyber Environment DCITA – Windows Forensics Examinations (Encase of FTK) DCITA – Forensic Intrusions in a Windows Environment (FIWE)
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 10 years of experience as a credentialed Counterintelligence Special Agent Understanding of CI Investigations Fundamentals of Cyber Counterintelligence Understanding of FIE TTPs.
• * College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.

• High School Diploma- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree- 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree- 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s Degree- 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
