Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a highly skilled Webmaster/SharePoint Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our customer s internal SharePoint and Confluence pages. You will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, security, and functionality of internal (intranet) websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital content with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with strict government, security, and accessibility (ADA/Section 508) standards.
Responsibilities- Website Maintenance & Administration: Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot web servers and websites to minimize downtime.
- Content Management: Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy, security, and relevance.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security measures (e.g., firewalls, SSL, patching) to protect against, and respond to, cyber threats. Ensure compliance with government accessibility (Section 508/ADA) and privacy regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor site traffic, analyze key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and optimize page load speeds.
- Technical Support: Debug issues, fix broken links, and troubleshoot server-side issues.
- Development & Design: Create and maintain web applications, CMS plugins, and UI/UX improvements.
- Coordination: Collaborate with IT, security, and marketing teams to implement new features and ensure brand consistency.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant backend languages (e.g., PHP, SQL).
- SharePoint Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Confluence.
- Server Management: Experience with web server management (e.g., Apache, Nginx, LEMP stack).
- Security Knowledge: Understanding of web security protocols and risk management.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in web development, maintenance, or administration.
- Experience with government contracting and IT security policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
