Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA;
Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA;
Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. - Previous Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) experience (required)
- Extensive experience in all-source intelligence analysis and fusion
- Demonstrated success leading analytical teams or directorates in operational environments
- Executive leadership and management experience in DoD or Intelligence Community organizations
- Force development and training program experience
- Intelligence support to cyberspace operations or equivalent mission experience
- Proven collaboration and communication experience with Joint, IC, and interagency partners
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance
- Experience with in USCYBERCOM, NSA, or other Combatant Command intelligence components
- In-depth understanding of the cyberspace operational environment, adversary intent, and analytic production processes
- Graduate degree in Intelligence, National Security, or Cyber Operations-related field
- Prior experience supporting large-scale intelligence integration, fusion, or JIPOE initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise mentoring analysts and fostering analytic tradecraft excellence
Peraton is seeking a Senior Intelligence Integration Lead / Deputy Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for all-source intelligence integration, analysis, and production activities supporting USCYBERCOM. This senior position leads efforts to synchronize analytical outputs across mission management, fusion, current operations, and training — ensuring USCYBERCOM maintains freedom of action in cyberspace while denying adversaries the same. The selected leader will serve as a principal advisor and integrator for intelligence fusion, tradecraft, and readiness across USCYBERCOM’s analytical enterprise.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all-source intelligence analysis and fusion supporting cyberspace situational awareness, targeting, and defensive operations.
- Direct integration of analytic production between the JIOC, CNMF, and partner DoD/IC organizations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to senior analysts, planners, and intelligence production teams.
- Coordinate with operational elements to ensure intelligence directly supports planning, targeting, and execution of cyberspace operations.
- Oversee force development initiatives and training programs that build analytic and operational readiness across the intelligence workforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across J2, J3, and partner agencies to align intelligence priorities and synchronize mission support.
- Support the design and implementation of intelligence fusion processes, tools, and best practices to improve analytic quality and timeliness.
- Serve as the Deputy Program Manager with responsibility for analytical tradecraft oversight, workforce alignment, and operational continuity.
