IT Specialist II

Summary

Mission Technologies Cyber & Intelligence Team seeks a motivated IT Specialist II to support a dynamic new initiative with a key DoD client. The client unifies cyber strategy, enhances operational capabilities, and advances cyber expertise across the DoD.

• Lead full‑spectrum cyber operations from strategic planning to technical execution.
• Establish and support Video Teleconference (VTC) and Polycom Teleconference systems.
• Provide routine and emergency voice, message, and video communication support in an Operations Center.
• Maintain and control systems, identifying operational status and troubleshooting outages.
• Initiate notification procedures and submit trouble tickets per SOPs.
• Work off‑shift hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or High School Diploma with six years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Technology.
• US Citizen; active TS/SCI/Polygraph required.
• Experience with VTC, Polycom Teleconference, and Operations Center support.
• Knowledge of voice, message routing, and video conference configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Competitive salary range of $58,207 – $84,813, based on location, expectations, and responsibilities. Salary offers consider education, training, work experience, and key skills.
