Virtual Service Operations is searching for an experienced Identity Specialist to join our dynamic IT team in Fort Meade, MD. In this role you will design, implement, and sustain enterprise identity services—MFA, hybrid identity, Azure Groups, Entra ’s distributed architecture, and smart card integration—to support a secure, highly available environment. Working onsite, you will collaborate across teams to ensure resilient monitoring, automated failover, and rapid recovery.

The ideal candidate is a technician on a level III, IV or V.

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Hybrid Identity
• Azure Groups
• Entra  – distributed architecture which combines extensive monitoring, automated rerouting, failover, and recovery capabilities to deliver enterprise-wide availability and performance.
• Smart Card integration

• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status.
• An active TS/SCI with MPO Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) Security Clearance is required.
• Must work on‑site in Fort Meade, MD.
