Full Time Inter Image  is seeking a highly experienced Senior Applications Developer. This position provides senior-level technical and functional expertise supporting joint force deployment planning and execution for Department of Defense (DoD) mission partners.
** Essential Job Functions*
* · Provides technical expertise for the Database Schema and Ruleset.
· Responsible for development and refinement of Database changes.
· Analyze deployment requirements, command relationships, and force movement characteristics across joint and interagency environments.
· Collaborate with military planners, analysts, engineers, and senior stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
· Prepare and present technical and analytical deliverables, including briefings, white papers, and reports, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
** Required Qualifications*
* · 12+ years of application development experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical systems.
· Hands-on experience developing applications using:
· Oracle and/or Postgre

SQL databases
· Oracle Web Logic and/or Apache Tomcat
· Java· Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall development environments.
** Desired Qualifications*
* · Working knowledge of DoD and interagency policies, processes, and operational planning frameworks.
· Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to diverse stakeholder groups with varying priorities.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
· Ability to apply analytical and evaluative techniques to deployment planning issues, including joint command relationships, responsibilities, and deployment characteristics.
