Sr. ColdFusion CMIS​/IWMS Lead Developer

Integral Federal is seeking a Cold Fusion Developer SME with demonstrated experience supporting the Corporate Management Information System (CMIS) and/or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS)—particularly FM:
Interact—to lead technical development efforts on a high-visibility DoD program. The selected candidate will assert and maintain technical control over an enterprise application environment that is highly dynamic.

This individual must be highly capable in Cold Fusion development, experienced in facilities, asset, or property management systems (i.e., FM: Interact), and possess the leadership presence to direct technical execution, interface with government stakeholders, and ensure code quality and compliance.

• Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Cold Fusion-based applications integrated with CMIS and/or IWMS platform (FM: Interact).
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for government stakeholders while overseeing subcontractor development efforts.
• Define and enforce development standards, architecture, and documentation protocols to ensure maintainability and transparency.
• Configure Cold Fusion Administrator, manage scheduled tasks, logging, and performance tuning across environments.
• Develop SQL (SQL Server) stored procedures, views, and optimized queries to support robust data interactions with CMIS and FM:
  Interact.
• Ensure Section 508 compliance, vulnerability remediation, and support RMF/ATO requirements in coordination with cybersecurity teams.
• Participate in Agile planning, code reviews, sprint demos, and technical briefings.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, configuration baselines, and operational SOPs.
• Support strategic planning and solution development in preparation for recompete positioning and long-term contract stability.
• Support systems architecture efforts when required.

Required:

• U.S. Citizen with active Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 8+ years of Cold Fusion development experience, including CF 11 through 2018 or later
• Hands-on experience supporting or integrating with the Corporate Management Information System (CMIS)
• Strong understanding of CMIS data structures, reporting, and system workflows
• Experience leading development teams and providing technical leadership
• Proficiency with SQL Server; strong understanding of stored procedures, views, and data normalization
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to engage directly with government stakeholders and resolve conflicts professionally
• Experience with Cold Fusion Administrator configuration and production deployments
• Knowledge of Section 508 compliance, Web Accessibility tools, and cybersecurity best practices (STIGs, IAVA remediation)

Preferred:

• Experience supporting DISA, DoD financial systems, or CMIS-linked initiatives
• Prior FM:
  Interact experience
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines
• Security+ CE or IAT Level II certification
• Experience supporting systems hosted in DISA’s Stratus cloud
• Systems architecture experience within a large organization
• Experience with the ATO process
