Computer Network Specialist

You will be part of an elite cyber engineering team building advanced CNO (Computer Network Operations) capabilities that support offensive and defensive mission environments. Your mission is to design, build, and deliver low‑level software, custom tooling, and end‑to‑end data flows that enable intelligence, exploitation, and national‑level cyber operations.

Your work directly contributes to national security and will operate at the intersection of software engineering, networking, and cyber mission execution within highly specialized classified environments.

On‑site at Fort Meade, MD

Competitive / Mission‑Dependent (Up to ~$400K total comp depending on level)

Active Full Scope Polygraph Required

• Programming experience in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
• Experience developing embedded or mobile platform tooling using proprietary or open‑source environments
• Experience designing end‑to‑end data flows for CNO tools
• Experience authoring documentation and participating in design, code, and readiness reviews
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering (or 4+ years of experience in lieu)

• Programming with CNO tools & techniques
• Low‑level networking expertise and packet‑level analysis
• Network socket programming and detailed understanding of IP, TCP, & application protocols
• Participation in technical briefings and mission reviews
