Webmaster

This is a full-time on-site role for a Webmaster located in Annapolis Junction, MD. The Webmaster will oversee the functionality, design, and performance of the customers websites, ensuring seamless user experiences. Responsibilities include performing regular website updates, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring website metrics using analytics tools, and spearheading web development projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution will also be expected.

Candidates currently working in Annapolis Junction preferred.

This is a long term position. Many personnel working on the project have 20 years plus on the contract.

• Proficiency in Web Design, including creating visually appealing and functional user interfaces
• Effective Project Management experience, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage resources efficiently
• Proficiency in Web Analytics to monitor website performance and user engagement
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and knowledge of SEO best practices
• BS in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
