Senior IT Specialist; TS​/SCI Security Clearance

Position: Senior IT Specialist (TS/SCI #26-006) with Security Clearance
Strategic Analysis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Specialist to provide Tier 2/3 desktop, network, and cybersecurity support in a classified DoD environment. This role supports senior leadership and mission-critical systems, ensuring secure, reliable IT operations. Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2/3 desktop and endpoint support (CAC, certificates, email, secure access)
• Administer Active Directory and support secure networks
• Enforce DoD cybersecurity policies and 8570/8140 compliance
• Manage ATCTS records and audits
• Develop SOPs and resolve complex technical issues
• Train and mentor junior IT staff
• Support VIP users in classified environments Requirements:
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 10+ years IT experience in DoD or federal environments
• CompTIA Security+ (IAT II compliant)
• Strong experience with Active Directory, cybersecurity, and secure systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills Preferred:
• IASO / COMSEC experience
• Service Now or enterprise ticketing systems
