Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Radio Frequency Analyst in Fort Meade to join our team supporting advanced spectrum operations and cyber mission integration. This role involves analyzing RF signals, assessing vulnerabilities, and advising on compliance and operational strategies within the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS).

Responsibilities
  • Perform real‑time and historical spectrum analysis using advanced tools and techniques.
  • Identify and classify RF signals based on modulation schemes, protocols, and other characteristics.
  • Analyze wireless communication protocols (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Cellular, and emerging technologies) to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments of RF‑enabled devices and systems; assist in exploiting RF vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with cyber teams to integrate RF‑related vulnerabilities into operational plans.
  • Prepare clear, concise technical reports documenting findings, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Maintain detailed records of RF spectrum activity, signal identifications, and vulnerabilities.
  • Advise government stakeholders on compliance with RF spectrum regulations and policies.
  • Support deployment of specialized RF tools and capabilities; recommend RF‑related cyber TTPs.
