We are seeking a resourceful Mid Acquisition Analyst to provide technical support to the Navy Cyber Warfare Developmental Group (NCWDG). As key members of our team, the analysts will provide acquisition support of the US Navy. Place of performance for this position is in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Requires a current Top Secret security clearance. A CI Polygraph will be required within 6 months.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare briefings and strategy recommendations for the Milestone Decision Authority (MDA)
  • Prepare Joint Capabilities Integration and Development Systems (JCIDS) documentation, including those listed in DoD 5000.02
  • Attend, document, and summarize meetings
  • Provide training and develop evaluation board analysis reports for proposal evaluations
  • Develop program and project documentation, risk management documentation, acquisition plans, and program schedules
  • Coordinate quarterly Program Management Review for the PMO, including briefing template development, scheduling, briefing book preparation, and meeting coordination
  • Monitor cost, schedule, and performance of NCWDG entities
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience related to systems acquisition, including logistics, research and development, configuration management, or systems analysis/design
  • Experience working on or managing programs, including at least 3 years in science and technology or research, development, test and evaluation programs
  • Experience briefing and developing briefs for officers and executives
  • Experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) to include acquisition strategies, budget development, and monitoring project performance and contract deliverables
  • Experience with Procurement Initiation Documents (PID)
  • Proficient in developing program budget and execution plans to track against financial benchmarks
  • Proficient with DoD contracting procedures and guidance including DFARS and FAR
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business

Security Clearance
  • Top Secret Current/Active
  • Eligible for upgrade to TS/SCI in the near future; all hires will maintain an SCI
  • Must pass a Counterintelligence polygraph examination in the future
  • Investigation current within 6 years
  • Personnel enrolled in CE will also be eligible
Other Qualifications
  • DAU Level 2 Certification (Program Management, SPRDE, or Systems Engineering) or equivalent
  • Ability to travel CONUS or OCONUS up to 25%

Salary for this position is projected at $130,000 to $140,000 (annualized USD).
