Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Integration Engineer II to join our team. This role provides High Performance Computing (HPC) support in the form of HPC‑enhanced sustainment capabilities to two geographically dispersed locations (NSAW and NSAU). The responsibilities include managing multi‑vendor HPC servers, clusters, and SPD servers, and supporting systems running Red Hat, CentOS, SUSE, and custom vendor‑specific operating systems and tools.

Additionally, the role involves storage management, including dedicated and shared storage over Infini Band and Ethernet, as well as high‑speed shared parallel storage utilizing LUSTRE or GPFS to provide a performant shared storage solution between two or more HPCs. An Interconnect service integrates HPC systems with a dedicated high‑speed network connecting several storage appliances to dedicated HPC LNETs. You will provide customer support for HPC software to enable high‑performance computers to continue to run in operation, and support the range of UNIX, LINUX, Windows systems, desktop applications, servers, and networks required in support of the mission.

• 6 years’ demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment, or 11 years’ experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient with the following (as specifically required for this position):
  • Linux Shell scripting
  • Object‑Oriented Programming Languages (C, C++, Java)
  • Python programming
  • GCC compiler
  • Multi‑threaded software
  • Parallel processing
  • CORBA, J2EE
  • Perl or Java Script
  • Working knowledge of configuration management tools
  • Structured troubleshooting skills
  • System installation and experience with HPC GOTS scheduler and resource management software
• DoD 8570 IAT II level certification required.
