We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Systems Administrators to join our dynamic team in support of critical national defense initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex IT systems within secure environments. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, networking principles, virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity best practices to ensure the reliability, availability, and integrity of mission‑critical systems.

• Maintains smooth operation of multi‑user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators.
• Set up administrator and service accounts, maintain system documentation, tune system performance, install system‑wide software and allocate mass storage space.
• Interact with users and evaluate vendor products.
• Make recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinate installation and provide backup recovery.
• Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
• TS/SCI clearance with full scope Poly at the time of application.

• Previous experience working at or with Intelligence Community.

Adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the Systems Analyst discipline.
