Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a dedicated Systems Administrator to support the DoD Information Network (DoDIN) on a DISA program located at Fort Meade, MD
. The Systems Administrator will provide systems operations and engineering sustainment support to a mission critical IP messaging and communications transport network. The chosen candidate will need to have the ability to be fully onsite.
- Experience with administration of Microsoft desktop operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11)
- Experience with administration of Microsoft Server Operating systems (Win Svr
2012, Win Svr
2016, Win Svr
2019, Win Svr
2022, Win Svr
2025) - Some experience with Linux – Red Hat system administration
- Experience with STIG Viewer
- Experience SCAP tool
- Familiarity with NIST SP800.53 compliance guide
- Familiarity with device vulnerability remediation – particularly Microsoft Operating systems
- Familiarity with security concepts and best practices
- Understanding of network concepts, protocols, operation, and devices
- Some scripting experience (Windows Power Shell/UN
* X shell)
- Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of alike experience OR Master’s degree with 2+ years of alike experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Security+ certification or other DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification
- $75,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
