Database Engineers / Administrators - multiple levels - CLEARANCE and POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

• Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph
• Must be a US Citizen
• This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to Database Engineering / Administration
• Level 04 requires a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience
• Level 03 requires a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience
• Level 02 requires a minimum of nine (09) years of experience
• Level 01 requires a minimum of six (06) years of experience
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Experience with Oracle Database Administration to include Oracle data replication technologies
• Experience implementing and maintaining database security
• Experience conducting database performance tuning and monitoring
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving database problems/issues
• Experience installing, configuring, and upgrading RDBMS software
• Experience with procedural languages, for example: PL/SQL
• Perform daily database administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of system database and Oracle Streams replication issues
• Modify existing database scripts to enhance systems support and create new database scripts for recurring database issues
• Develop and execute SQL queries for routine and ad hoc requests
• Perform system updates and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) patching
• Recommend design and implementation practices that optimize the performance of GOTS/COTS databases and applications

• Experience with Oracle Grid/RAC in a Linux environment
• Experience with Mongo
• Experience with real time highly available data replication technologies such as Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Streams, Oracle Golden Gate, Sybase Replication Server
• Experience with MySQL
• Experience with Cassandra
