• Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive information daily.
• Working as an IT Systems Engineer with a focus on Cyberspace-IT project management and coordination.
• Overseeing applied research and experimentation projects.
• Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.
• Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.

• The Senior Computer Engineer/Architect will be responsible for engineering projects that develop and implement next‑generation IT tools, systems, and capabilities to aid DOD cyberspace operations.
• The Senior Computer Engineer/Architect will coordinate with parties to ensure the mission effect is achieved and utilize technical expertise throughout to ensure a sound and secure delivery.
• Evaluate, develop, and deliver technical input to the systems engineering process.
• Performs tasks in accordance with applicable DOD guidance and industry standards.
• Performs computer network exploitation development; evaluates the quality of software systems and solutions.
• The Senior Computer Engineer/Architect oversees the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
• Communicate with other program personnel, Government overseers, and senior executives.
• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Analyze complex information and independently take appropriate actions to resolve problems.
• Provide engineering guidance to technical staff and establish effective working relationships with other Government agencies and mission partners.
• Deliver briefings on complex topics to groups, which may include high-level decision makers and work on complex research projects as a senior contributor and as part of an integrated research team.
• Design and deliver solutions.

• Possess an Active Top‑Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience as a System Engineer/Architecture.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering or a related discipline.
• Exposure to Cloud/AWS.
• A problem solver who can get in, be given a project, and use engineering skills to determine a solution.
• Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF).
• Active CISSP, CASP+CE, CSSLP certification (minimum DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Certification).
• Able to build systems from the ground up – network architecture / systems engineering.
