We’re seeking a Systems Engineer I to support our U.S. Government program(s). The role will involve:

• Hands‑on Systems Engineering.
• Testing of developed solutions pre‑ and post‑deployment, troubleshooting and recreating field issues.
• Working with end‑users to answer questions, support troubleshooting, and train them in system use.
• Data analysis to evaluate performance, identify issues, and support solution recommendations.
• Developing and managing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
• Basic Linux skills.
• Knowledge of modern communications networks.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 additional years of experience can substitute.
• Seven years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Motivated self‑starter with excellent time management.
• Detail‑oriented and an excellent communicator (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and with team members.
• Ability to connect with individuals of varying backgrounds.

$ – $ USD / year

Salary is a general guideline and may be adjusted based on responsibilities, experience, and other factors.
