Base PayCA $35.00/hr – CA $35.00/hr (full rate at $35.81/hr)

- Remove dirt, paint, grease, debris and other built‑up material from surfaces.
- Set up and operate a blast pot, spray pump or similar equipment.
- Fill blast pots and maintain blasting equipment with repairs as needed.
- Assist with painting, spray application or brush & roll as needed.
- Problem‑solve in real time and troubleshoot various equipment.
- Complete all required paperwork.
- Perform field‑level risk assessments.
- Attend daily safety meetings.
- Work as part of a team with customers, coworkers & supervisors.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management.
- Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract required;
Class 3 is an asset. - Minimum of 2 years working in an abrasive blasting setting; familiarity with mobile blast equipment, power tools, and safe operating procedures.
- Experience working in the oilsands is an asset.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly throughout the day.
- Able to work at heights; ability to work from JLG & crane with man basket is a must.
- Valid First Aid, H2S Alive and CSO certificates (required to provide proof prior to first day). Training can be arranged.
- Work under minimal supervision in a team and safety‑focused environment.
- Ability to work day & night shift on a 14/14 shift rotation.
- Capable of working outside in various weather conditions.
