About the Role

Join Sunbelt Rentals as an Equipment Rental Specialist
! In this inside sales role, you’ll support walk‑in and phone customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. You’ll be the first point of contact—helping customers find the right tools, placing orders, and ensuring top‑notch service.

We are willing to pay up to $42/hr for the right person.

• Assist customers with equipment rentals (phone & in‑person)
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Process orders and handle administrative tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service every time

• High School diploma or GED
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment
• Equipment rental experience (bonus)
• Knowledge of parts and equipment
• Strong customer service and computer skills

Ability to bend, squat, lift 50 lbs+, and work indoors/outdoors as needed.

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
