Electronics Associate

Position Summary

A Department Specialized Associate, this Associate drives sales in a highly specialized part of our business. Product knowledge in this field is at a premium.

• Customer service is a priority – moments take precedence over task
• Assist customers with sale of goods including:
  Provide product information. Answer product questions. Recommend products. Retrieve products from locked cabinets.
• Full completion of standard ‘floor’ associate type work, including but not limited to:
  Deep zone, CAP/Viz Pick Process, PinPoint process, Price changes, Feature to home, Zoning.
• Setting and completion of modular
• Promote – Charity events, Promote Walmart Mastercard, Promote Walmart Protection Plan, Promote OMNI extended aisle offering.
• Product Launches –in-store Product Launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.80. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
