Responsibilities- Lead a team to provide exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence.
- Guide your team in assisting customers with solutions, products, and services, while building lasting relationships for future business.
- Perform essential leadership duties to ensure smooth operations and uphold store standards.
- Act as a keyholder and leader on duty, supporting programs and training throughout the store.
- Model and coach the store’s selling model, engaging customers and motivating associates to deliver a customer‑first mindset.
- Demonstrate high customer engagement, maximize sales, and communicate flyer and promotional items effectively.
- Cultivate a selling culture, learn, adopt, and teach new trends, products, and services.
- Partner with store leaders to set and execute sales goals and targets.
- Support operational excellence and store brand standards for all areas of the store, including health & safety, loss prevention, and policies and procedures.
- Dedicate time for self‑development and enable associates to do the same through training and continuous learning.
- Ensure safe opening and closing of the store, handle daily and weekly tasks related to time‑keeping, payroll, and compliance with health & safety and asset protection standards.
- 3+ years of retail sales experience required; direct experience in technology sales preferred.
- 1‑2 years of supervisory experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to inspire customers and associates.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment with strong prioritization and multi‑tasking skills.
