We have an amazing opportunity for a Plant Operator to join our Albian Operations – MRM Ore Prep team. You will operate the plant to meet planned production, quality and environmental targets. We are looking for self-starter with adaptive work style that works well in a fast-paced team environment with a continuous improvement mindset with the drive to enact change. This position reports to the Shift Team Lead.

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure the safety of people, equipment, and the environment while ensuring plant procedures and policies are followed
- Perform plant operation duties including proactive equipment monitoring and rounds in a safe and efficient manner and ensure shift changes are well communicated with oncoming crew
- Prepare equipment for maintenance using Lock Out Tag outs (LOTO’s) energy isolation of equipment
- Issuing Safe Work Permits within a plant operating environment
- Ensure timely action and process adjustments during plant upsets that are consistent with operational objectives and target outputs
- Utilizing our maintenance management system and entering work orders for deficiencies that need to be repaired
What You Bring to the Role:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Valid and clean Class 5 driver’s license
- Mechanical aptitude to manage hands-on operation of plant equipment an operating mobile such and skid steers, JLG
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven safety and environmental mindset and ability to make timely decisions associated with process upsets
