Customer Service Representative, Supervisor
Shift5 x 2, Mon – Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm
AllowancesAdditional premiums and allowances are associated with this position due to location
Safety SensitiveNo‑ RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5‑year provincial driving record will be required
Travelup to 25% travel within Canada
RelocationThis position does not offer relocation
Key Job Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for customer and parts inquiries
- Process and review purchase orders, including major shutdown orders
- Provide quotes for mine sites and the shop
- Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve order or delivery issues
- Handle returns, credits, and freight back‑charges
- Support purchasing by sourcing parts when needed
- Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Maintenance, AR, and the Shop Planner
- Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation (about once every 4–6 weeks)
- 1–3 years of customer service experience
- High school diploma
- Strong communication and customer‑focused mindset
- Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with parts is an asset
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and Outlook is an asset
