Your Impact Starts HereGraham is actively recruiting for a Materials Coordinator supporting the Corporate Services Division.
Reporting to Site Manager, the Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with various departments such as reliability, engineering, operations, maintenance, supply management, and the warehouse to ensure efficient flow of all materials.
This is a full‑time, fly‑in fly‑out position located at the CNRL Horizon Project Site, on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site- Oversee all receiving, inventory control, issuing of material, and logistics activities to ensure efficient materials management.
- Track, report, and communicate material status—including purchase orders, deliveries, and shortages—in alignment with project schedules and requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and supply chain management to coordinate material flow and resolve non‑compliance or shortages.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory processes (e.g., CSOX, ISO, ABSA) and company policies.
- Support change management, reconciliation, and documentation activities, including cycle counting, reporting, and responding to material‑related inquiries.
- Education:
4+ years of professional experience in material coordinating. - Experience in logistics and materials coordination is required.
- Software:
Intermediate computer skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
