Job Description
The Director of Young Adult Ministry (“YA Pastor”) will shepherd and disciple young adults (ages 18–35), including singles, young professionals, married couples, new believers, and those exploring faith. This role requires a leader who is:• Culturally intelligent
• Relationally accessible
• Spiritually mature
• Administratively competent
• Passionate about evangelism, discipleship, and pastoral care The YA Pastor will cultivate a Spirit-led ministry rooted in FCC’s CARE model, emphasizing relational engagement, spiritual formation, and community building. The role also involves meaningful collaboration within the broader pastoral team, contributing to church-wide initiatives and intergenerational ministry.
